4 Account Registration & Security
4.1 Registration Requirements

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account termination.
4.2 One Account Policy
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active account on the 646ph platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. 646ph employs advanced fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances, including winnings, may be forfeited.
4.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. 5 Deposits & Withdrawals
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods
646ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, and other e-wallet or bank transfer methods as may be made available from time to time. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
5.2 Deposit Terms

Deposits are generally credited to your account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. 646ph does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
5.3 Withdrawal Terms

6 Bonuses & Promotions
6.1 General Bonus Terms

In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements

11 Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to 646ph's customer support team for informal resolution. We will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players who are dissatisfied with the outcome of the internal dispute resolution process may also seek recourse through the appropriate Philippine regulatory bodies.
