1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

3 Eligibility

4 Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of 646ph Services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account termination.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active account on the 646ph platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. 646ph employs advanced fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances, including winnings, may be forfeited.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. 646ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

4.4 KYC Verification

646ph is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all registered accounts. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

646ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, and other e-wallet or bank transfer methods as may be made available from time to time. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

5.2 Deposit Terms

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the 646ph cashier at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. 646ph does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes displayed in the cashier section, typically within 5 to 60 minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within 1 to 3 business days for bank transfers. 6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 646ph are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 646ph platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 646ph platform without our prior written consent.

Any unauthorized use of 646ph intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 646ph, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the 646ph platform or Services.

In no event shall 646ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 646ph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to 646ph's customer support team for informal resolution. We will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players who are dissatisfied with the outcome of the internal dispute resolution process may also seek recourse through the appropriate Philippine regulatory bodies.
